The inner packaging was very beat up and the compressor was loose inside the box. It also looked like it had been mounted, as the black paint was flaked off all of the mounting surfaces. Black paint is very very fragile - almost like rattle can spray paint. I followed all of the instructions regarding oil in the system, but the compressor seems a bit noisy at times.
